What each visit covers, room by room.
Every night runs each visit. Weekly tasks run once a week. Your walkthrough sets the final list.
Reception and waiting room
Every night: empty trash and recycling, wipe front counter, door handles, chairs and armrests, vacuum or mop. Weekly: dust shelves, ledges and sills, spot-clean walls and doors.
Washrooms
Every night: clean and disinfect toilet, sink, faucet and mirror, restock paper, soap and towels, empty bins, mop. Weekly: scrub grout, wipe partitions, clean dispenser fronts and vents.
Hallways and staff room
Every night: vacuum or mop floors, wipe door handles and light switches, empty trash, wipe counters and fridge handles. Weekly: wipe handrails, ledges and vents, fridge and microwave exteriors.
Treatment-room surfaces
Every night: wipe chairs, tables and counters with a clinic-approved product, only on surfaces the clinic marks as cleanable. Weekly: cabinet exteriors and drawer fronts. The cleaning crew does not touch instruments, sterilizers, dental unit clinical parts or sharps.
